For your reference, Sweet Limousine's General Terms & Conditions which apply to all reservations are detailed below. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Sweet Limousine. These terms and conditions are so that

Sweet Limousine may continue offering its customers the highest-quality service with

unsurpassed reliability.

If you have already received a reservation confirmation from Sweet Limousine, please

review the information for accuracy and applicable terms and conditions.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are subject to

availability. Reservation details must be complete, including dates, times, pick up and

drop off locations, and all related flight and travel information. For security purposes,

please do not include in your reservation details credit card information.

All customers are required to complete and provide to Sweet Limousine a Credit Card

Authorization Form and Liability Form. If vehicle passengers are minors, a completed

Parental Consent Form is also required.

A reservation is not considered finalized unless confirmation thereof is provided to you

by Sweet Limousine. For all reservations, please refer to confirmation of reservation

for the applicable cancellation and change terms. For online reservations, please call

Sweet Limousine to ensure reservation has been received and will be confirmed.

Reservations, changes or cancellations may be made by calling Sweet Limousine at

866-205-2580.

RATES AND BILLING

Reservations to / from public airports (1) are billed at standard flat rates. All other

reservations will be billed at hourly rates. Reservations billed at standard flat rates will

be billed at an hourly rate as described in Wait Time terms herein. Published rates are

subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation

is made.

Weekend, special period (2), mini-bus, mini-coach, motor-coach, super-stretch SUV, and

limo “party” bus reservations are subject to special terms such as minimum charter

duration. Such terms may be provided by Sweet Limousine at time of request of

reservation and upon confirmation of reservation.

All reservations that are billed on an hourly basis will be billed from the time the

vehicle leaves the Sweet Limousine facility until the time it returns to the Sweet

Limousine facility with a minimum of 30 minutes travel time each way. Standard

travel times may apply for pick up locations.

Discounts may be applied to Corporate accounts and vary subject to level of usage.

In addition to the service fee, the following charges will be itemized on your billing

statement, as applicable:

Standard Fees - calculated as a flat percentage of your base charge, and vary

subject to level of usage:

  • Gratuity (15% minimum)
  • License Fee (3)
  • Fuel Surcharge (5%)

Such additional charges cannot be calculated prior to service and are not included in

any rate estimates provided by Sweet Limousine prior to billing.

Applicable taxes will be charged, as required.

All services rendered are billable and considered immediately payable.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated full fare(7) is required for all

reservations in accordance to Cancellation and Changes terms herein and the

reservation confirmation.

WAIT TIME AND REQUESTED STOPS

Reservations billed at a standard flat rate will be billed at an hourly rate due to wait

time. For flat rate reservations, a 30-minute grace period is allowed on all domestic

arrivals and 60 minutes on all international arrivals. After this grace period, any wait

time will be billed in accordance with the Wait Time terms herein. Although Sweet

Limousine monitors all commercial airline arrivals, we are not responsible for

passenger flights, which are missed, cancelled, diverted, and delayed or service

delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

During flat-rate reservations, requested on-route stops whose duration is not in excess

of 15-minutes will be billed an additional flat fee. Flat-rate reservations will be billed

at an hourly rate due to stops off-route and / or exceeding 15 minutes in duration.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

To change or cancel a reservation, please call Sweet Limousine at 866-205-2580.

Upon cancellation of reservation, cancellation number should be recorded by customer.

The cancellation policy is dependant upon vehicle category and city and period of

service. Special periods such as public holidays (i.e. New Year’s), annual award

shows (i.e. Oscars), and annual school events (i.e. Prom) are subject to longer

cancellation periods. Full fare(7) will be billed for late cancellations or dismissal of

vehicle. All cancellation periods are calculated using local time of pick up location.

For all reservations, please refer to confirmation of reservation for the applicable

cancellation terms.

Sweet Limousine is not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, cancelled,

diverted, and delayed or service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other

circumstances beyond its control. All reservations are subject to Wait Time terms

herein.

Sweet Limousine does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation

changes. We will exact our best effort to fulfill client needs, in these instances, subject

to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other

reserved clients.

NO-SHOW

Full fare(7) will be billed if you fail to meet chauffeur at the designated meeting area. If

you fail to meet chauffeur up to 1 hour after pick up time, this will result in a no-show

charge. Leaving your pick-up location without notifying Sweet Limousine will result

in a no-show charge.

If you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call Sweet Limousine at

866-205-2580.

OTHER

All Sweet Limousine vehicles are strictly non-smoking. If you smoke in the

Vehicle, you will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette and will be subject to a

penalty fee for each incident.

Sweet Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but

not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.

Sweet Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal

belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.

If at any time the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle,

or abuse of any kind that Sweet Limousine deems valid, no refund of money will be

made. Sweet Limousine reserves the right to refuse service as they deem appropriate.

Your use of Sweet’s services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1 Some restrictions apply for selected U.S.A. public and all private airports.

2 Special periods include public holidays (i.e. New Year’s), annual events (i.e. Oscars), and annual school

events (i.e. prom).

3 An industry-standard surcharge based upon various overhead expenses, some of which may not relate to

your specific reservation.

4 All hourly-rate reservations are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Sweet Limousine facility until

the time it returns to the Sweet Limousine facility with a minimum of 30 minutes travel time each way.

5 Damage Repair Fee will be charged for the repair of the vehicle if there is any damage in excess of usual

use and wear of the hired vehicle. Decision as to the unusual wear and use of the vehicle interior and its

environs rests with Sweet Limousine, solely, and its experience as to general habitation of hired cars, and

its decision may be final.

6 Cleaning Fee will be charged for the general cleaning of the vehicle if there is any debris in excess of

usual remaining in the interior of the vehicle and its environs. This includes motion sickness. Decision as

to the unusual debris in the vehicle interior and its environs rests with Sweet Limousine, solely, and its

experience as to general habitation of hired cars, and its decision may be final.

7 Full fare includes service fee, travel time, gratuity, license fee, and fuel surcharge as explained in Rates

and Billing terms herein.
